OctPoWriMo Day 21--Short And Sweet

Today's challenge was to write a poem of 17 syllables, that was only one sentence. This is not my sort of challenge, as I tend to be rather long winded, but I decided to use that:

Short and Sweet
Is just not me.
But could be true
For a poet like you.
