I am not doing very well at keeping up with this so far, but I have been doing a lot of travel lately, so we shall strive to improve.
For yesterday, I am grateful for safe travel back from Saint Louis for all the family who had travelled to the wedding. For today I am grateful that at least some of my friends and family in the Sandy affected areas have their power back, and hope the rest will be on soon.

ReplyDeleteGlad the power is back on for some people! I can't imagine being without power for that long. :(
ReplyDeleteI got really behind with the blog hop too ;)
My husband and Iand our kids camp more or less primatively for 2 weeks a year(portajohns, tents, no electric, but propane powered stove and shower, but we prepare all year for it, there are stores if needed, and we are doing it in August not October. The idea of having that scenario dumped on us without warning is frightening.
ReplyDeleteIt is always great when your family and friends are not affected by Sandy. I also love traveling and is actually getting a chance to travel with my husband to Grenada this weekend without the kids and I am really excited about it. I am following you now and would love for you to follow back.
